Gracias a la visión y la generosa donación de Roatán Children’s Fund, liderada por el Dr. Charles Parchment, el Programa Educativo "Una Computadora por Niño - Conecta-Aprende" hoy es una realidad en el municipio de Santos Guardiola, Islas de la Bahía.
Este proyecto abre ventanas al mundo para 235 niñas, niños y docentes de los centros educativos:
✅Escuela Joseph Stanley
✅Escuela Juan Lindo
✅Escuela Luis Bográn
A partir de hoy, estas comunidades educativas transformarán por completo su manera de aprender y enseñar. El Programa Educativo implementa un modelo tecnológico uno a uno, formación y acompañamiento docente permanente, sostenibilidad pedagógica y tecnológica y un sistema de monitoreo para medir el impacto real en el desarrollo de la isla.

Thanks to the vision and generous donation of the Roatán Children’s Fund, led by Dr. Charles Parchment, the "One Laptop per Child - Connect-Learn" Educational Program is now a reality in the municipality of Santos Guardiola, Bay Islands.
This project opens windows to the world for 235 children and teachers from the following educational centers:
✅ Joseph Stanley School
✅ Juan Lindo School
✅ Luis Bográn School
As of today, these educational communities will completely transform the way they learn and teach. The Educational Program implements a one-to-one technology model, permanent teacher training and support, pedagogical and technological sustainability, and a monitoring system to measure the real impact on the island's development.
