One2Lead De Cymru had a fantastic weekend away at St Madoc Christian Youth Centre - with 19 students!

Track 1 students spent time learning about God the Son and exploring Understanding Our World, while Track 2 students developed their leadership skills by working on writing talks and planning programmes.

Of course, there was plenty of time for fun too! They headed down to the beach where students played volleyball, frisbee, flew power kites and even braved a swim in the sea!
As the evening came, Track 2 students had the opportunity to share their talks around the bonfire and have a time of worship and prayer.

There was also plenty of downtime throughout the weekend to catch up with old friends, make new ones, play games and, of course, eat lots of cake!

It was a brilliant weekend of learning, growing, serving and having fun together.

We’re excited to see how God continues to work in the lives of our students throughout the year! Our next weekend in South Wales is 22-24th January.
