YOUR MIND IS JUST TIRED.
You’re okay. No, listen to me—you’re okay. Your mind is running ahead because it’s tired, not because something is wrong. Nothing bad is happening right now. You’re allowed to slow this moment down. Take one gentle breath. You don’t need answers tonight. You don’t need to fix yourself. You’re okay. Just stay with this breath.
When you’ve been carrying a heavy weight for too long, your mind naturally starts to spiral out of exhaustion. Panic convinces you that everything is falling apart, but the truth is, you are just tired. You don’t have to figure out the rest of your life tonight.
