I’ve lived both lives.

I partied.
I did Molly.
I chased the highs.

Not because I was broken —
but because I didn’t yet know what real regulation felt like.

I know what it’s like to watch others party
and feel that quiet pull of
“am I missing out?”

What I’ve learned since is this:

A dysregulated nervous system mistakes stimulation for aliveness.

The highs feel like connection.
The chaos feels like freedom.
The crash becomes normal.

What I choose now is different.

A body that feels safe to live in.
Relationships built on presence, not escape.
Love that doesn’t require recovery.
Health that compounds, not depletes.
Wealth built from clarity, not adrenaline.
Impact that lasts longer than the night.

This path isn’t louder.
It’s steadier.
And it goes much further.

So if you’re watching the party and wondering…

You’re not missing out.
You’re remembering what actually sustains you.

Ever catch yourself thinking,
“I should be further ahead by now?”

Or when things get heavy and anger or sadness shows up,
you shut it down and tell yourself,
“I shouldn’t feel like this. I should be better than this by now.”

I hear this all the time.

Not from men who are failing.
From men who are successful.
Driven. Respected. Financially solid.
Men with careers, status, and receipts.

And yet, when they’re alone,
their confidence wobbles.
Their body feels unsettled.
They second-guess themselves.

For a lot of men, it shows up physically.

They push hard for a few weeks, then fall off.
They start eating better, then fall off.
Or they can’t stay consistent no matter how much they want to.

Not because they’re lazy.
But because their body doesn’t feel safe enough to hold pressure for long.

Here’s what matters.

You’re not broken.
And you’re not behind.

A few things high-level men were never taught:

1. You’re human.
You’re allowed to feel. No emotion is “wrong.”
Your humanness doesn’t weaken you. It deepens your power.

2. Emotions are signals, not commands.
You don’t need to act on them.
You need to be able to hold them.

3. You still need an outlet.
Pressure needs somewhere to go.

4. A regulated body changes everything.
Confidence quiets.
Decisions clean up.
Consistency becomes natural.

5. The “I should be further ahead” story is a trap.
It creates tension and quietly pulls you away from the life you want.

The real question is simple.
Where do I want to go next,
and who and what do I need around me
to get there with more ease?

You don’t need to force this alone.

It’s Tomi’s birthday today.
He’s been sending me reels of people doing this for years… so I finally did it.

Loving someone is paying attention, then doing the thing you know will light them up.

Grateful for love, health and presence.Wishing you a gentle Christmas 🤍

You can have a good career, money in the bank, a body that “looks fine”…
and still feel strangely disconnected from yourself.

Not unhappy.
Not broken.
Just… not fully home.

This time of year makes it louder.
Work events. Dinners. Scrolling past couples.
And that quiet thought you don’t really say out loud:

“I’ve built a good life.
So why do I still feel a bit off in my own skin?”

Most men try to outrun that feeling.
Train harder.
Reset again in January.
Fix themselves.

But the guys who actually change don’t punish their bodies.
They learn how to feel safe in them.
They stop performing strength and start living from it.

You don’t need to be ripped.
You don’t need to be perfect.
You need to feel grounded, calm, and proud of how you show up when no one’s watching.

Maybe this year isn’t about ending on a high.
Maybe it’s about ending with honesty.
And choosing to move differently from here.

22/12/2025

A lot of gay men feel bad for choosing themselves.

Bad for celebrating wins.
Bad for eating better.
Bad for wanting more.

Not because they’re arrogant.
But because somewhere along the way, they learned that standing out wasn’t safe.

So they shrink.
They stay quiet about progress.
They dim excitement when things are going well.

And it costs them more than they realise.

It costs momentum.
It costs joy.
It costs opportunities they never fully step into.

Because when you feel guilty for taking care of yourself, you end up sabotaging the very things that would actually make life feel lighter.

You don’t need to become selfish.
You don’t need to harden or disconnect.

You just need to stop disappearing.

If this landed, sit with it.

21/12/2025

This didn’t come from motivation. It came from choosing not to disappear when life tried to break me.
