We are the first Amnesty chapter at a Christian university. The purpose of this organization is to fulfill George Fox's mission: reimagining the world.
Amnesty International envisions a world in which every person enjoys all of the humans rights found in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and other internationally recognized standards of human rights. We will work towards this goal through activism but most importantly through education. We at Amnesty believe that the education of the youth is necessary to bring about lasting change. Georg
e Fox is committed "to providing a Christian education and empowering students spiritually, academically and professionally to reimagine the world." We will offer a way to reimagine the world.
