The initiative is based out of Heartwood: Southwest Virginia's Artisan Gateway at I-81:Exit 14 in Abingdon, Virginia. Overall our work, in partnership with our sister organizations 'Round The Mountain and The Crooked Road, seek to further enhance the region's quality of life by exploring various development strategies around natural and cultural heritage tourism.
