Educate Girls Globally (EGG)’s program is designed for partnership with governments to promote girls’ education in government schools. By leveraging off government investments in education and by empowering all major stakeholders, the model promotes reform of schools and other development projects without subsidies. It works at large scales and low costs even in the most traditional and tribal com

munities. The UAE Chapter has been recently launched to further increase awareness of EGG in the region and enhance this important mission!

THE KEY: STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT Learning is poor for many who go to school. The quality of government schools is poor, and gender roles discourage girls from attending school and succeeding in it. The key to reform is empowering stakeholders to work together and make schools work. EGG Stakeholder Engagement Strategy includes: - School Committee - Teachers - Community - Parents - Girls - Natural Leaders
