Alright gang, this time it's for real!
Artist and Vendor Applications GO LIVE, Friday, April 24 at 4:00pm EST!

Due to the overwhelming responses we had in 2025, the process needs a bit of a revamp for this year.
Changes and Additions for 2026:
* For 2026, applications will be processed as they come in and responses will be given within 60 days! (30 days was way too ambitious last year).
* We are going to prioritize applications that come in with complete Bios, web links, social media links, and images. Pleeeeease don't make us spend hours digging for your online presence and pictures of your work.
* We are working to have a diverse array of options for our attendees, and less direct competition between similar artists and vendors. So the more information we have about you and your booth, the better it will be for the show!
* Unlike 2025, once we have enough applications to fill a certain percentage above and beyond the floor capacity, the APPLICATIONS WILL BE TURNED OFF. So be sure to get in and apply as early as possible to be considered.

Once payment links are sent out, it is possible that they could end up in SPAM/Junk Folders or in places like your Promotions tab in Gmail. Please check those often once responses start going out!

PAYMENT DEADLINES:
Payment links will have deadlines, and if we don't hear from you or receive a payment by the deadline, we will move on down the list to the next accepted applicant! (Also a good reason to keep checking SPAM and Promotions)

We are super excited to welcome our first guest to Twin Tiers Comic-Con 2026: SEAN GUNN!

Actor and writer Sean Gunn () is known globally for his role as Kraglin in the Marvel Universe Guardians of the Galaxy films. In addition to portraying Kraglin, Sean provided motion reference for Rocket Raccoon for the Guardians trilogy, Avengers: Infinity War, Avengers: Endgame and Thor: Love and Thunder. Putting his motion reference talents to work again, Sean brought the character Weasel to life in James Gunn’s The Su***de Squad. Sean reprised the Weasel role for DC’s animated series Creature Commandos, where he also voiced the popular character G.I. Robot.

In 2025, he debuted as Maxwell Lord in DC’s summer blockbuster Superman and played the same role in season two of the HBO series Peacemaker alongside John Cena.

Sean’s first role was in Troma Films’ Tromeo and Juliet where he played Sammy Capulet. He has worked alongside his brother, writer and director James Gunn, on The Specials, Super, the video game Lollipop Chainsaw and The Belko Experiment in addition to the Guardians films. Other film credits include Stricken, Pearl Harbor, Jesus, Mary and Joey, Pants on Fire, The Giant Mechanical Man, Who the F is Buddy Applebaum, and The Education of Eddie and Mortimer.

Sean also has had many television roles, most endearingly as the quirky Kirk Gleason on Gilmore Girls and the Netflix original Gilmore Girls Revival. He has also appeared on Any Day Now, DAG, 3rd Rock from the Sun, Bunheads, Bones, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, The Good Doctor and many more.

We can't wait to meet Sean Gunn at this year's Twin Tiers Comic-Con!

Want to swap out any of your Pokémon cards, or any video games or accessories? Maybe you can make a trade with someone in the store --or with us! Or just come hang out and see what is available at the store. You never know what you'll find at Checkpoint Lounge!

We were delighted to stop by Food Bank of the Southern Tier yesterday and drop off a donation in support of their tireless efforts to battle food insecurity in our community. The Food Bank let us know that these funds will help provide 3,600 meals to families in need!

The funds were raised by the attendees of the Twin Tiers Comic-Con Saturday Night After-Dark Party! through our live art auction and basket fundraisers. Thank you to everyone who came to the After Party and took part in supporting the Food Bank! Your support will now directly affect your community!

And another big Thank You goes to Nancy and Sam at the Food Bank for inviting us in for a quick photo op and also a tour of their impressive facility. Keep up the amazing work!

Our friends at RetroGameCon have an announcement about their Thanksgaming event tomorrow! If you are planning on attending, make note of the venue change!

VERY IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:

Due to a venue issue beyond our control, tomorrow's THANKSGAMING event has been relocated to The Rail Line at 530 S. Clinton St, Syracuse, NY 13202.

This spacious and amazing venue is only .4 miles down the road from Elite Gaming, and features a private parking lot, extensive bar and seating, and rooftop access with heaters.

There is a full cash bar, and we will bring free snacks at our expense. You are also able to bring in outside food to the venue!

We are still bringing EVERYTHING planned for the event. PLEASE help us spread the word about the venue change, and show up to party with us and buy a raffle ticket to support the Food Bank. Remember, the event is absolutely FREE and all ages are welcome (ID required to purchase alcohol).
