Farida Parveen Foundation is a non-profit, non-political and non-government voluntary organization. It is working to reach its goal of meeting basic needs and challenges to promote, expand & preserve the traditional begali culture in different fields. Under the foundation the following projects are- 1) Recording, Preparing Notation & Staff Notation of 800 Lalon Songs 2) Achin Pakhi Sangeet Academy (Music Academy) 3) Rang- Rekha Academy of Fine arts 4) Library 5) Publication 6) Theater 7) Dance School 8) Music Library 9) Music Archives 10) Cultural Research 11) Collecting & Preserving Other Traditional Bengali Songs& Instruments.
