يقع مركز الشهيد نعيم خضر للتدريب والتنمية الريفية على اراضي قرية الزبابدة على بعد كيلو متر من الجهة الغربيه لبلدة الزبابدة على الطريق الموصل الى بلدة مسليه على ارض مساحتها عشر دونمات ويبعد عن مدينة جنين ثلاثة عشر كيلو مترا.
تاسس المركز بمبادرة من مؤسسة Oxfam/ بلجيكيا وبتمويل من الاتحاد الاوروبي بناء على مشروع تم تقديمه من قبل جمعية اصدقاء الشهيد نعيم خضر واستطاعت الاغاثة الزراعية بناءه على ارض تملكها في قرية الزبابدة مسقط راس الشهيد نعيم خضر الذي استشهد في بروكسل بتاريخ 1/6/1981 م ، حيث كان يعمل سفيرا لمنظمة التحرير الفلسطينيه في بلجيكا ولهذا سمي مركز الشهيد نعيم خضر تخليدا لاسمة .

خدمات المركز :
1- تنمية قدرات الرياديين الشباب واكسابهم المهارات اللازمة لتطوير انفسهم
2- احتضان الأفكار الريادية وتوفير بيئة العمل المناسبة للرياديين والمشاريع الناشئة.
3-توفير بيئة تعليمية زراعية من خلال مشاهدات مشاريع زراعية في المركز.
3- تفعيل دور الشباب في المجتمع المحلي وتعزيز روح التطوع والمبادرة واستضافة مخيمات صيفية وتطوعية ، محلية واجنبية
4- تدريب الجمعيات النسوية والتعاونيات والمزارعات والمزاعين وتطوير القيادات الشابة .
5-بناء الشراكات والتحالفات مع جهات التضامن الدولية والمحلية والاقليمية.
6-تطوير وتاهيل المرافق التدريبية من اجل تقديم الخدمة المميزة .
7- تعريف الزائرين باحتياجات المناطق الريفية المهمشة خاصة مشاكل القطاع الزراعي .
8- تقديم خدمة التوعية البيئية لطلاب الجامعات والمدارس خاصة في مجال الطاقة المتجددة .
8- يوفر المركز الاقامة والمبيت في النزل الخاص بأسعار تشجيعية بالمركز(26 غرفة)للزوار والمدربين والطلاب والمتضامنين الدوليين او مؤسسات اهلية او رسمية.

The training and rural development center located at 10 dunums of land of Al Zababdeh village nearly one kilometer away on the western road towards the village of Meselieh, and it is away nearly 13 Km. This institute has been established through Oxfam, Belgium initiative, and funded by EU, after a project application by Naem Khader friendship association. And PARC built this center on its own land in Al Zababdeh village in which it is the birth place of the mortar Naem Khader, who has been murdered in Brucell on 1/6/1981, were he was the PLO ambassador in Belgium. Capacity building for agronomists.
2. Developing the agricultural sector.
3. Young generations activation for volunteer work in the local community associations.
4. Facilitate the work for local, international, government and non government associations in the northern parts of the West Bank.
5. Developing youngsters leaderships, training women and men farmers
The most institute center activities:
1. Technical training for agronomists in plants and animals productions
2. Local and international volunteers summer camps.
3. Hosting national and international delegations, for interrelations improvements through specialized workshops and visiting the local community.
4. Co operations with universities, local and international institutions for exchanging experience and knowledge.
5. Arranging extension field visits for the surroundings villages, and building the relations with local community.
6. Provide training and for farmers and women associations.
7. The center provides full accommodation for all its visitors and trainees.
