The Loganville Legacy Lions Club was proud to have so many of our members attend the grand opening of the O’Kelly Memorial Library this morning. We are honored to have sponsored a meeting room within the library and blessed to be able to contribute in the ways that we did for the success of this project and the positive impact it will have on our community.

If you weren’t able to make it today, that’s okay, but we encourage you to go visit the new state of the art O’Kelly Memorial Library, check out their books, and use their resources. Libraries are the backbone of any community and we are proud to leave a piece of our club on Main Street with the bright Lion yellow meeting room you can’t miss whether you’re inside or driving past. We serve.

Do you drink coffee every morning??? We can help with that!

We are excited to announce that the Loganville Legacy Lions Club has partnered with Serenity Shore Coffee- to bring YOU bags of specialty grade roasted coffee.

A portion of all proceeds from sales for our specific coffee roast will be given to our club to reinvest back into service opportunities/non-profits in Loganville. The rest of the proceeds will be used for Serenity Shores mission to stop trafficking.

This is a great and easy way for you to help serve your community and you get some good coffee out of it…who doesn’t want that? The coffee can be purchased from Serenity Shores website, linked below.

Today was our new President’s first official meeting- we are excited to welcome Brittany Whitfield into this position. She led the meeting well today (for someone who claims to struggle with public speaking) and we look forward to seeing what ideas she brings to our club in the upcoming year!

We have some exciting fundraising and recruitment ideas we hope to see unfold as the year progresses, so keep an eye out on this page for any new events or items we offer! We missed our members who weren’t able to make it and look forward to seeing you again next meeting 🙂

Our next club meeting will be August 11th, 2026, from 7-8pm, at Bojangles in Loganville. Feel free to join us and come learn about ways to serve your community and what being a Lion is all about! Have a safe weekend!

A Lawrenceville bakery that provides jobs for people with special needs is facing some dire financial issues and its owners are calling on the community to help out.

Our club had a wonderful meeting last night. Welcome to our new President Brittany Whitfield, first Vice-President Debbie Bradford, and second Vice-President Rebecca Whitfield. Thank you to our Secretary Betsy Grenevitch and Treasurer Dana Russell for serving another year. Our Board of Directors have shrunk down in size to better help our club reach its full potential with meeting needs right here in our area.
We can’t wait to see what Lions year 2026-2027 brings!!
