TSFI - is a non-stock, non-profit, non-governmental development organization conceived and organized by a group of technical and development oriented individuals as an expression of their mutual concerns for the welfare and well being of Mindanaons . Towards building a peaceful, economically vibrant, stable and self-reliant Mindanao community consistent with the aspiration, values and culture of its tri-people. MISSION
To participate in and support the support the efforts of both government and private institutions in accelerating the socio-economic advancement of Mindanao constituents particularly the deprived, marginalized, disadvantaged and conflict, and post-conflict affected groups and individuals. GOALS
The TSF organizers identified the following goals to attend its vision:
• To assist poverty groups and individuals become more conscious of their responsibilities in the protection and management of the environment and natural resources and the economic benefits that are derived from them.
• To support poverty groups and individuals enjoy better and equitable access to Mindanao’s rich resources and endowments and other economic opportunities for their common welfare.
• To assist the less fortunate groups and individuals plan and implement their own identified programs and projects, and enable them to actively participate in all facets of developmental activities in their respected communities.
• To support farmers and fishermen build their capabilities to increase production and productivity and improve their access to marketing outlets.
• To advocate and assist the poor and the marginalized better access to government basic services to improve their social well being.
