💜🐾 What a fantastic weekend at our latest ADAA Agility Trials — and our final one for the year! 🐾💜

A massive thank you to all our competitors for joining us and making this trial such a wonderful event! We hope you enjoyed the courses, had lots of fun with your dogs, and made some fantastic memories along the way. 🐶✨

A special thank you to our fantastic judge, Cathy Slot, who generously shared her knowledge through course-planning education and helped train Anita in judging as we continue to prepare for our future trials. We truly appreciate your time and support!

📸 A big thank you to Johanna Hastie Photography for capturing all the special moments and helping us create lasting memories of a fantastic weekend! 💜🐾

A huge shout-out to all our amazing volunteers, too! 🙌 These events wouldn’t be possible without your hard work, teamwork, and willingness to lend a hand. It really does take a team!

And to Saints Hockey Club — you are absolute saints! 💜 Thank you for allowing us to use your fantastic grounds. The beautiful, well-maintained grass and excellent facilities provided the perfect venue for our trials, and we’re so grateful for your support.

Finally, congratulations to all our members and competitors on a fantastic year of agility, learning, friendship, and teamwork! 🏆🐾

We’ve loved sharing the journey with you all and can’t wait to do it all again next year!

Bring on another amazing year of agility! 💜🐕🎉

🎉🐾 FANTASTIC NEWS FOR CADS! 🐾🎉

We're absolutely thrilled to announce that Cairns Active Dog Sports Inc. has been awarded $7,434 through the Cairns RSL Hospitality Hearts Community Grants Program! 💜💛

This is a fantastic achievement for our small, volunteer-run club and a huge step forward in developing dog sports in Far North Queensland!

🐕 What does this mean for CADS?

This generous funding will allow us to purchase much-needed, high-quality agility and Hoopers equipment, including a competition seesaw, specialised agility jumps and Hoopers tunnels.

The new equipment will help us expand our training programs, introduce more people to the exciting sport of Hoopers, and provide greater opportunities for recreational and competitive dog sports in our region.

Most importantly, it will help us continue making dog sports accessible and enjoyable for people of all ages and abilities, while strengthening the connection between dogs, their owners and our community.

💜💛 A HUGE THANK YOU to Cairns RSL Club's Hospitality Hearts program!

Your generosity and commitment to supporting grassroots community organisations makes a real difference. We're incredibly grateful for your support and for helping our club continue to grow.

We can't wait to see our members and their four-legged teammates enjoying the new equipment!

🐾 Exciting times ahead for CADS! 🐾
