As a Recruitment Officer, you will serve as the first point of contact for exchange students, parents, school administrations, volunteers, and host families. You will play a key role in guiding students from their first inquiry through application, preparation, and departure, while shaping a positive and trusted first impression of AFS Mongolia.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage student recruitment and the full application process
- Communicate clearly and professionally with students, families, schools, volunteers, & partners
- Coordinate visa processes and travel logistics, including flight arrangements
- Support recruitment through social media & outreach activities
- Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate program information
- Support program operations, data management, and student onboarding
Who We Are Looking For
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Confident and approachable communicator in Mongolian and English
- Comfortable using basic digital tools and platforms (training provided)
- Outgoing, trustworthy, and able to build strong relationships
- Able to engage and guide students and families with clarity and confidence
- Experience in administration, customer service, education, or travel coordination is an advantage
