ADDU Samahan Welfare The SAMAHAN Welfare Committee aims to raise the awareness of the welfare issues of the different sectors mentioned, that affects the Ateneo students.

Vision

SAMAHAN WELFARE COMMITTEE prepares different sectors within Universities to face the world with

confidence and help overcome discrimination on the basis of their status and beliefs in life. Mission

SAMAHAN WELFARE COMMITTEE envisions to empower the different sectors in the Ateneo de Davao

University specifically the following Foreign student, Muslim, Schol

ars, Indigenous People, Student with

disabilities and Le***an, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT). To make them feel that this University

through the SAMAHAN Central Board encourage these sectors to participate and be active in different

school activities involving student affairs. Furthermore, it also creates them a democratic space for them

to express their views on different issues inside the University and voice out their concerns especially

those involving their sectors.
