⚽️ The Iowa Referee Committee is all about supporting referees across the state and celebrating the family spirit that makes our soccer community special.

🗓️ Today, we want to highlight the Boaldin family, who have turned refereeing into a family affair. Seeing them out there together reminds us that it’s the game we love that brings us all together.

👏 We’re grateful to every referee family, and today, a big thank you goes out to the Cedar Valley Boaldins.

Third day in and still going strong says a lot about preparation, discipline, and heart. It’s the moment when fatigue starts whispering but momentum starts shouting louder.

Day 2 at the Boys Referee Academy at Grinnell College! ⚽

We have an outstanding group of young officials who are eager to learn, improve, and challenge themselves every day. Their enthusiasm, work ethic, and willingness to grow have been impressive to watch.

We're just getting warmed up—there's still plenty more learning, development, and fun ahead.
