Take your speaking to the next level every other Wednesday from 6pm to 8pm! Individually, we each bring unique experiences and perspectives to the group.

For over 75 years, Golden Gate Toastmasters has provided our members with weekly public speaking opportunities, a supportive environment, and a venue for developing new friendships. We're a club devoted to improving each others' public speaking and leadership potential. Collectively we help each other achieve personal and professional goals. We are here to speak, to have fun, and to help all our m

embers to succeed. Meetings start promptly at 6pm and ends at 8pm. Please don't arrive late. After each meeting, we offer a social hour at a nearby restaurant, to give members and guests the opportunity to learn more about each other and about the club. Come and see for yourself what we are about!

The GGTM club International and Table Topics speech contests last night were a huge success. The winners of the contests Helen and Henry will move on to the Area F4 contests in March. We had an awesome turn out of members old and new, as well as guests!

Want to become a better public speaker?

Here are 5 tips to help you improve:
1. Practice, practice, practice. The more you speak in front of an audience, the more comfortable you'll become.
2. Use visual aids to supplement your speech and help keep your audience engaged.
3. Speak clearly and slow down your pace. This will help your audience understand you better.
4. Make sure to project your voice and use appropriate body language.
5. Try to connect with your audience by telling personal anecdotes or asking questions.

Remember, the key to great public speaking is practice and confidence!
