Who We Are:
CardsFourCause is a Social Entrepreneurial Venture project created at St. Francis Xavier University by Bachelor of Education students Adrian Covey, Jenny Melong, and Tracey MacNeil. We've partnered with a diverse group of Nova Scotian artists from African Nova Scotian, Indigenous, Acadian, and Scottish Gaelic cultural groups to feature their artwork on professionally printed greeting cards. All profits from the sale of cards are donated to organizations and groups that support social justice, the environment, fine arts, and culture.

"Revolutionary Unity" by 11-year-old African Nova Scotian Artist Sylas Smiley from Antigonish, N.S. Featuring social justice activists Viola Desmond, Nelson Mandela and Martin Luther King Jr. surrounding the iconic raised fist - a global symbol of unity for the fight against oppression. Above the fist, Sylas has drawn the commemorative coin recently issued by the The Royal Canadian Mint in honour of the contributions and struggles of Black Loyalists, who founded many of Canada's most historic communities.

**100 % of profits from the sale of Sylas' card will be going directly back to him, to support his future dreams of becoming an Artist/Bioinformatics Scientist.**

Thank You for Supporting Sylas!
