e formerly members of Associations and Clubs of; “Health and Peer Education”, “Environmental Conservation”, and “Human Rights and Peace” from the different Universities of Uganda. The organization is therefore a merger of the above Clubs/Associations and envisions “a Society that is shaped by empowered and involved young people, contributing towards the sustainable development of grassroots communities in the Teso Sub region of Uganda and Africa at large”
To reach this vision, the organization aims to be “the leading youth platform in Africa that engages young people in Social Entrepreneurship so as to bring about sustainable community development”
The overall objectives of the organisation are:
1. To establish a forum which brings together young people to deliberate on issues affecting them, their communities, and then collectively seek innovative ways to address them.
2. To work together with local institutions to strengthen their capacity to address the communities’ most pressing issues, related to child health, and environment, so as to protect and promote human rights. To reach the above objectives, the organisation has set four broad programs that include;
- Child of Future (COF); which is divided into two; COF1 and COF2.
- Youth Empowerment and Support (YES)
- Environment and Sustainable Agriculture Productivity Programme (ESAPP); divided in to two; ESAPP1, and ESAPP2.
- Community Human Rights Promotion and Protection (CHRPP)
