We hope you had a restful Holiday and a Happy New Year!

We also wanted to notify you that the President has sent a follow up email to all residents regarding the fee that will be added to ACH payments. As the email sent last month from Real Manage states, you may continue to mail in your payments via check with no fees.
The Board and Management company wanted to inform residents with the options you have to make payments and the preferred method of payment. If you did not receive this email please send us a message.

Save the Date! Annual Meeting on Tuesday January 21, 2025 at 6:30pm!

The Annual Board Meeting is approaching. We have three board positions available. All residents should have received a ballot. If you did not receive one, please reach out to Wendy at [email protected] and she will get one to you.

You can submit your ballot to Wendy via: email, mail them in or you can bring them to the Annual Meeting on January 21, 2025.

Please vote as it will help determine the direction of the neighborhood.

Thank you to all who came out to see Santa and participate in the parade! Thank you also to all who came out to enjoy the parade. We want to give a huge thank you to The Grinch for joining us for the parade! Did anyone see Santa too?

We also want to thank South Shore Harbour Country Club for providing cookies and hot cocoa bar. They also had a direct line to Santa! The golf course provided a beautiful back drop for Santa and friends to join in the parade.

Precision Custom Carts & Service came out again and donated golf carts full of candy bags for all carts to throw in the parade. They also provided friends and golf carts to add to the parade.
Thank you for a wonderful community event. Merry Christmas!

Thankfully there was no rain tonight!
The houses have been judged and the Christmas light contest winners will be announced tomorrow. We loved seeing all of the lights.

UPDATE!!! LIGHT CONTEST JUDGING POSTPONED UNTIL TOMORROW NIGHT! Dry those electric sockets and judging will be rain or shine on Saturday.

Don’t forget to turn your Christmas lights on tomorrow night! The light contest winners will be announced Saturday morning.

Then save some time on Sunday to come get a picture of the best Santa around town! Cookies and Cocoa with Santa at 5:00pm Sunday at the Country Club.
At 6:00pm we will get in our carts and will make a parade around the neighborhood. We will make one large loop. If you can not be in the parade be sure to come outside and wave! Scan the qr code on the signs around the neighborhood or the mailboxes for the parade route.

You won't want to miss coming out to see Santa on Sunday! This Santa is a highly requested favorite. Bring your family and friends to take pictures with Santa and enjoy some cookies. At 6:00pm we will parade around the neighborhood. Hop in your golf cart, car, bicycles, motor bikes etc. and let's make this a parade to remember!

Had fun tonight on the cart parade! We had golf carts and a family of bicycles! Thank you to all who decorated and participated. Thank you to all the families that came outside and cheered us on. We loved the kids excitement! I didn't get pictures of all the participants but I hope you all had as much fun as I did!

Reminder that our Halloween Decorating Contest will take place Thursday night at 8:00pm.

The Halloween parade will be Friday Night. Prize for the best decorated cart! Entries can be bicycles, gf carts, electric bikes, motorcycles, vehicles. The more the better!

Parade participants do not have to throw candy or trinkets to be in the parade. More participants in the parade is the most fun. Though the kids don't mind catching candy!

We will be making the loop around the neighborhood on Masters and Pebble Beach and up and down Admiral.
Parade starts at 7:15pm on Friday!

Do you have old televisions, electronics, microwaves, and appliances that you need to get rid of? Schedule your curbside household hazardous waste pickup today!

Residential customers can call AmeriWaste at 281-331-8400 or 281-585-3200 from now through October 31 to be added to the appointment call-back list. Your items will not be picked up if you do not call to get on the list. AmeriWaste will call residents back to provide their specific pick-up day.

Items will be picked up the week of November 11–16.

We reached out to the city regarding their recent limb trimming over city right of way in our neighborhood. A few residents informed us that some of the limbs had not been picked up from some yards or cul de sacs. This is the cities response on who to contact to get the limbs cleaned up.

“All the limbs that were cut by the contractor should have been removed. It is possible they did not return to get some.
If you have limbs that were not picked up please call the front desk, we can be reached at 281-554-1086.”
