A new month is a new opportunity to connect, find support, and remember that you are not alone.

NAMI Berks County PA has several in-person support groups available during the first week of November:

🔵 Monday, November 2nd - Connection Support Group 📍 Reading 🕕 6:00–7:30 PM

🏳️‍🌈 Tuesday, November 3rd - LGBT Connection Support Group 📍 Reading 🕕 6:00–7:30 PM

🇺🇸 Wednesday, November 4th - VA Connection Support Group 📍 Etchberger VA Center 🕕 6:00–7:30 PM

💚 Wednesday, November 4th - Teen Su***de Support Group 📍 Reading 🕕 6:00–7:30 PM

Sometimes simply being with people who understand can make a difference. Our support groups provide opportunities for connection, understanding, encouragement, and hope.

💙 NEW SUPPORT GROUP COMING TO KEMPTON! 💙

NAMI Berks County PA is excited to announce a new NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group beginning Tuesday, November 17, 2026!

You don’t have to navigate your mental health journey alone.

NAMI Connection is a FREE and confidential recovery support group for adults 18 and older living with mental health conditions. Groups are led by trained facilitators who are living in recovery themselves and provide a welcoming space for respect, understanding, encouragement, connection, and hope.

📅 1st & 3rd Tuesday of each month
⏰ 6:00–7:30 PM

NAMI Berks County PA will be offering our free 6 week education program for family members who are supporting a loved one who is suffering from a mental health condition. This class is for 18 years and over. The class will begin on Saturday, October 10th, 2026 from 8am-11am. The last class will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2026.
