This weekend the circus returns to East magic. 14 bands over two days. Lots of original music with some bands playing all originals. Affordable food and drink (some beers only $4 ) free camping. I've heard of local festivals charging 12$ for a coors light. $25 donation to the bands. Come to one of the few festivals in idaho where the music is the priority not the amount of money we make.

Magic Reservoir has dropped to just 7.6% full — and Idaho Fish and Game needs your help. Bag limits are lifted on the Big Wood River below Magic Dam through Oct. 1.

Headed to the Shoshone Ice Cave? It's closed for 2026. Idaho's Mammoth Cave near Shoshone is open all summer and worth the stop.
