IMPACT works by providing services to marginalized communities in the rural area of Khyber Pukhtoonkhwa & FATA. h has expanded across Pakistan. IMPACT’s mandate is to alleviate poverty by harnessing people's potential and undertake development activities especially in the rural areas of Pakistan and especially in KPK & FATA. Although, there are limited resources and short span of time, yet IMPACT has committed much more to ensure quality of Education, Health, Water and Sanitation, Agriculture, Emergency relief, rehabilitation and Vocational training to enable them for their self-reliance and to earn a better livable income source. The agony and the desperate conditions of the nation, aftermath the devastating, exploitation and deprived living patterns of earth quick, flood, terrorism, instability and conflicts were the prior consideration of a group of visionary, who grouped together and established IMPACT in 2012 for the appraisal of the people of KPK and FATA, with an integrated development approach striving for collaborative efforts in accordance to realize sustainable development at grassroots level. The aim of IMPACT is to serve the humanity, develop the human resources and build the capacity at grass root to harness their potential for their economic sustainability, self - reliance and to able to earn a better living standard without gender discrimination. IMPACT is providing better health, arranging free medical camps, creating mass awareness regarding viral diseases such as Tuberculosis, Hepatitis, Blood Deficiency and mother/child health, providing vaccination and provision of clean dirking water. IMPACT intervenes, both in situations of disaster and non-disaster for sustainable development of the marginalized population restoring their empowerment in the society. IMPACT’s aim is to empower women by taking equal part in decision making for the purpose to change their social and economic conditions. A criterion will be developed to form a women network for knowledge sharing as well to develop a strategy for the identification of potential business women throughout the rural areas.
