In addition to earning our CPR & First Aid certifications on October 11th, four of our instructors also earned their Infant & Child CPR & First Aid certifications last Saturday!
We’re shining the spotlight on two of our wonderful Baby Buddy / Duckling Duo instructors Peggy and Alesia!

We’re so proud of our team for continuing to learn, grow, and strengthen their skills to help keep our little ones safe.

A huge thank you to Oxygen Matters for providing this wonderful addition to our training!

Shout out to Sevastian and Tom who took part in the St.Martin Triathlon yesterday!

Sevastian had an impressive 750m swim that he accomplished in 11:59.42 and contributed with his team getting first place overall!🥇

Tom joined our Masters program after the boardwalk triathlon last June and has made huge improvement between then and now! Where in June he had to switch strokes over the 1500m, yesterday he completed the whole distance in freestyle in a time of 36:47.38 followed by the 40k bike and 10k run.

Great job to both!

GREAT BAY--Forge Fitness SXM and Carib Swim Team (CST) are approaching one year of a dryland training partnership that has helped young swimmers build strength, power and endurance, while contributing to personal best times in the pool.

The partnership places CST’s competitive swimmers in a structured strength and conditioning program at Forge Fitness SXM, designed specifically to complement their work in the water.

“This partnership reflects the purpose for which we set out to build Forge Fitness SXM: to create a facility that strengthens the wider St. Maarten community, not just the people who walk in looking for a gym membership,” said Stanley Mourillon, Managing Director of Forge Fitness SXM. “Seeing these young athletes become stronger, faster, and more confident in the water is exactly the kind of impact we want to be known for.”
