How much does it cost to use the Comet Cupboard? Usually on Monday—Friday
Closed Saturday and Sundays

Who Can Donate? Anyone! What Can I Donate? Non-perishable food items or money

Where Can I Drop Off Donations? Donations Bins in front of the Comet Cupboard, MC 1.604, during library operating hours or UT Dallas Police Department 24/7

Who Can Volunteer? Any UT Dallas student! How Can I Help? Work a shift in the Comet Cupboard
Unload, deliver, and stock donations
Assist with or sponsor a donation drive

First up: Accounting and Financial Analyst Intern (Undergraduates only) Handshake #10942165
 
Intern will gain hands‑on experience in nonprofit financial operations, budgeting, expense tracking, reporting, and compliance, while building skills in accounting, data analysis, and Excel.

Second up: Marketing and Outreach Intern (Undergraduates only) Handshake #10940829
 
Intern will gain experience in nonprofit marketing, social media management, event promotion, and creative design.

First up: Onboarding Management Intern (Undergraduates only)

Lead volunteer training, support managing volunteers, improve onboarding systems, and maintain training materials and documentation.

$15 per hour, 12-15 hours per week. Apply by April 19 at 11:59 PM. We read every cover letter, so make sure yours is strong and tailored to the position.
