Dear HSE-Fishers Lacrosse Families,
As we prepare for a new board year, we are looking for parents and community members interested in joining the HSE-Fishers Lacrosse Governing Board. Board elections will take place on September 14.
You do not need lacrosse experience to serve on the board—most of our volunteers did not have any when they started! Our greatest needs are in roles that anyone can help with, including:
* Coordinating uniforms or spirit wear
* Organizing volunteers
* Assisting with equipment
* Social Media coordination
* Helping with events and other program needs
There are plenty of experienced board members and lacrosse families available to answer questions, provide guidance, and help new volunteers get comfortable in their roles. You will not be expected to figure everything out on your own.
We are especially interested in hearing from families with players in our younger age groups. Joining now is a great way to learn how the program operates, build experience over time, and help provide long-term continuity for HSE-Fishers Lacrosse.
Serving on the board is a rewarding way to support our players and coaches, meet other families, and help shape the future of our program. If you are interested in serving, learning more about an available role, or nominating someone who would be a great fit, please contact us before the election.
