150 Hours. 68 Sessions. 3 Weeks. One shared mission.
This is how six Fellows from the MakerGhat Fellowship 2026–28 Cohort began their journey.
Over three intense weeks, they stepped far beyond their comfort zones. They built, questioned, collaborated, reflected, and challenged one another to discover what it truly means to be a MakerGhat Fellow and, more importantly, why they chose this path.
The biggest lesson wasn't about mastering circuits or design thinking.
It was about understanding people, learning how to work alongside students, schools, and local communities, and recognizing that meaningful change begins with listening, trust, and genuine relationships before solutions.
Now, our Fellows are stepping into classrooms and communities, where every conversation, every challenge, and every small breakthrough becomes an opportunity to learn alongside the people they serve.
Over the next two years, these Fellows will work closely with students, educators, and communities to nurture maker mindsets, inspire young innovators, and create meaningful, lasting impact.
