National Gardens Scheme - Berkshire (BerksNGS) Up to date information about National Gardens Scheme (Yellow Book) GARDENS OPEN FOR CHARITY in beautiful Royal Berkshire. www.ngs.org.uk

The National Gardens Scheme opens many gardens to the public, many of which are not normally accessible to the public. Garden visiting in order to raise funds for charity is part of our national heritage which relies on large scale support from the visiting public, individuals, companies and garden owners. The funds raised by NGS are unrestricted which means that the beneficiary charities can use them for projects that are difficult to raise funds for. The NGS continues to increase its charity donations annually. We are aiming to raise over £2.6 million in 2012 through our gardens and we need your support to help us reach this target.
