We planted the promise with the CAST CLUB at Upper Merion Area Middle School. Students made a pledge to be drug-free as they planted tulips for Red Ribbon Week. When the tulips bloom in the spring, they will symbolize the beauty of a drug free life and remind students of their Red Ribbon Week Pledge!

CAST will be at this fun family event supporting our community partner, PREVENTION ED and our UMAHS students who are part of the Teen Senate. The teen senators will be running the events! We hope to see YOU there! Register with the QR code on the flyer!

Healthy coping can look like:
✔ Spending time with supportive people
✔ Getting active
✔ Having creative hobbies
✔ Journaling
✔ Listening to music
✔ Asking for help when needed

Building coping skills is part of building resilience.
