What a fun evening at yesterday’s Alterations & Visible Mending Workshop in Kingsbridge with Rachael Williams at Stitchwork Studios. ✨

🧵 From sewing on buttons and replacing zips to transforming garments and gaining confidence with sewing machines, participants picked up practical skills while sharing knowledge, stories, and plenty of laughs.

Workshops like these show how learning together can help build stronger, more resilient communities—reducing waste, extending the life of our clothes, and creating opportunities to connect with others. 💚
