The Sports, Therapeutic and Adaptive Recreation (STAR) Association is seeking a mission-driven professional to serve as a STAR Center Facilitator.

Reporting directly to the Program Coordinator, the Facilitator serves as a hands-on instructor, ensuring safe, high-quality, and mission-aligned adaptive recreation and specialized exercise
programs for individuals with disabilities or barriers to accessing physical activity.

🌟 Looking for a meaningful volunteer opportunity?
The STAR Center is looking for volunteers to support an adaptive recreation and specialized exercise facility serving individuals with disabilities! This is a great hands-on experience for students studying Exercise & Sport Science, Physical Therapy, Adaptive Education, and related fields.

📅 Fall Programs run from
September 8th –October 30th
⏰ Flexible scheduling for volunteers
🏀 Variety of adaptive and para sports
💪 Group exercise classes focusing on disabilities and diagnosis
🤝 Social and recreational activities
