Launched on Earth Day, April 22, 2011, the Triangle Meatless Monday (TMM) campaign is part of an international initiative (Meatless Monday) to encourage healthier and sustainable eating, one step at a time. Students of UNC Chapel Hill have now started a campaign to institute the program on campus.
