Albany County Crime/Victim Witness Program The Albany Crime/Victim Witness Program is a non-profit organization that is available to all victims of crime in our community.

We are here to assist all victims of crime within our community. Serving thousands of individuals and businesses every year, the advocates in this office help to make sure that if you have been victimized by criminal activity, your legal rights are upheld according to the Wyoming Victim Bill of Rights. Without charge, Crime Victim/Witness advocates offer support, provide information and help victims of crime to be heard within the criminal justice system. An independent agency, this program is funded primarily by a federal Victims of Crime Act Grant, with assistance from state and local government, as well as general donations from the community.
