Goals For Good www.goalsforgood.org

Goals For Good is a non-profit charitable project which partners teams in the ECAC with charities in close relation to the schools and/or communities. This initiative will utilize the competitiveness of the teams, fans, students, and alumni of these universities to better assist the various chosen charities.

General information

This project will operate though a website and allow donors to give to the various partnered charities. Prospective contributers will be able to click on the different team pages to see who their partner charity is and why the team has chosen that charity. On these pages there will be an option to donate money. There will be different options for donations. Supporters may give based on the amount of goals that a team will score over the duration of the season (example: John Smith will donate $1 for every goal that Colgate University scores this season), one may also donate by the amount of goals that a team will score over the course of a weekend series (example: John Smith will donate $1 for every goal that Colgate University will score this weekend against Harvard University and Dartmouth College), or a one may donate a one-time amount (example: John Smith will donate $5 to Colgate University). All of the donations will go directly to the teams' chosen charities.
