EACH Youth Volunteers Educational Action Challenging Homophobia’s dynamic young people’s volunteering project across Avon & Somerset

Reach Youth Volunteers is an exciting project managed by the award winning charity EACH - Educational Action Challenging Homophobia. EACH works with young people aged 13 – 24 across Avon & Somerset to challenge homophobic, transphobic and cyberbullying through a range of activities and events. EACH will host 4 youth volunteer training events throughout 2015: providing a safe space for young people from a range of backgrounds to explore prejudice-based bullying, meet new people and participate in skilling activities including workshop facilitation, social media campaigning, project planning and fundraising. The skills gained through our volunteering activities are highly transferable and will enhance your CV or University Personal Statement. The project is funded by the Ben Cohen StandUp Foundation: an organisation established by rugby star Ben Cohen to raise awareness of the long-term, damaging effects of bullying and to raise funds to support those doing real-world work to stop it.
