Who’s excited for the football? ⚽️
It’s hard not to be! 😄
So many of us are passionate Scots 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

But 2am KO?!! 😵‍💫🥱

Another great devotion from Salt and Light 🔥🙌

Last Sunday, and in our midweek Growth Groups, we considered the truth that as Christians;
1) We are saved 2) We are being saved 3) We will be saved.

No.2 - ‘We are being saved’ is about sanctification.
It’s fundamental that we keep on keeping on, allowing God to transform us from glory to glory. For it’s in daily surrender to Jesus and His will that we glorify Him, and point others to Him. When we do our own thing the opposite happens.

Today, and every day, make the decision to follow Jesus ❤️🙏

Not every downfall begins with a lack of gifting.
Sometimes it begins with a lack of surrender.

Judas walked with Jesus, yet hid his sin.
Saul was chosen and anointed, yet refused submission.
Lucifer carried beauty and authority, yet pride destroyed him.

Talent can open doors.
Anointing can attract people.
But only character keeps a heart aligned with God.

Stay planted when correction comes.
Stay teachable when pride wants control.
Stay submitted even when obedience costs you.

Because God is not just looking for gifted people.
He is looking for faithful ones. 🤍🙏🏻

We begin a new series this Sunday as we make a start on the book of Romans.
Do you know what the Gospel is? Do you know what it can do? And is it working in your life today? - These are just some of the questions we shall consider as we worship together.
If you are looking for help or direction in your life, or perhaps would just love to know peace in this troubled world, this will be a great service for you to attend.
Kids Church and creche will be available for the juniors, and a warm welcome awaits you.

Information relating to the passing of our dear sister Tricia, as well as detail on the celebration of her life.

Patricia Barbara Cooper (Tricia) aged 82 years, peacefully passed away at Peterhead Community Hospital on Tuesday 19th May 2026. Beloved wife of the late Jerry, a much-loved mother, mother-in-law, grandmother and great-grandmother. Sadly missed. Service of Committal to be held at Baldarroch Crematorium, Crathes on Monday 8th June at 1.00 p.m., followed by a Service of Thanksgiving for Tricia’s life in Mintlaw Community Church, The Square, Mintlaw at 3.00 p.m. All family and friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only, but if so desired, donations in lieu of flowers at the Church door for RSPCA.

What a fantastic night we had with Gabriel & Daniela Corradini on Wednesday.
It was one of those nights where you expected to be encouraged, but left with so much more in your heart. God is good! 🙌
