Tzevet's curriculum includes combat fitness (twice a week), 30-40km masaot (rucksack treks), and an extensive education plan including combat me

dicine, navigation, leadership and IDF lessons. In coordination with the Lone Soldier Center in Memory of Michael Levin, Tzevet Mikey is run voluntarily by ex IDF commanders and special forces soldiers. The program is founded on the belief that lone soldiers should not have to pay to be soldiers, and thus provides the highest level of military preparation, for free.

Last night we had another successful class in our pre army educational seminar. Twice a month Tzevet Mikey participants meet for an educational class on IDF related topics. The goal of the initiative is for Lone Soldiers who did not grow up with an Israeli education, to learn about all the subjects that their future Israeli peers in the IDF already know about. Topics range from: Units of the IDF, Lone Solider Rights, Israeli Military History, Nutrition, IDF Structure, and much much more.

CALLING ALL PRE DRAFTEES FINISHING THE MACHAL MECHINA THIS WEEK!

Are you drafting to a combat IDF service through Machal in the upcoming March/April 2026 draft?

Do you want to sign up for Tzevet Mikey and receive pre army combat training in Jerusalem after the Machal Mechina?

We will be having a Zoom Meeting on Friday 13/03 at 10:30 to discuss the program and get you started. Please fill out the Google Form in our bio, and we will send you the link to the meeting.

עברית למטה — On Thursday March 12th, Tzevet Mikey and the Lone Soldier Center will be having a trip for pre draftees who are drafting in March/April 2026 🤍
We will be doing a guided tour (with an option to do it in English or in Hebrew) at Har Zeitim, lunch, and then a pre draft seminar which will include a mental health professional, a physiotherapist or personal trainer who will teach injury prevention tactics, a Q&A panel from combat veterans of the Iron Swords War, and much more.
This is also a great opportunity to meet other pre-draftees of March/April 2026!
The trip will start at 9:00 in Jerusalem and finish at 5:00 pm in Jerusalem.
Exact details will be sent out to those who sign up closer to the date.

This past Friday, the female participants of Tzevet Mikey got together for a delicious breakfast at Liba Café with our new Female Mentorship Team. They discussed fitness training, how to get in shape for combat, being a religious woman in combat units, how to reach special forces, and much much more. We’re very excited to launch this new Female Mentorship Team initiative and community to better support our female lone soldiers through the drafting process. There will be more events coming in the near future!
