E-petition to Qld Parliament - 4656-26 - Protect the Right to Political Expression - Sign & Share Now! 🇵🇸

Justice for Palestine Magan-djin calls on all Queensland residents to sign the parliamentary e-petition demanding the Qld LNP government:

1. Repeal the provisions of the Fighting Antisemitism and Keeping Guns Out of the Hands of Terrorists and Criminals Amendment Act 2026 that criminalise political expression.

2. Withdraw all charges brought solely under these provisions.

3. Protect the democratic rights of all Queenslanders to protest, advocate for human rights, and participate in political debate.

We know there are tens of thousands of Queenslanders who oppose these new laws and remain steadfast in their support for Palestinian liberation. We call on each and every one of you to sign this petition, and share among your networks.

The petition will close on Tuesday 15th September and will be presented to Parliament during the same sitting week by MP Michael Berkman.

We will be rallying outside Parliament on Wednesday 16th September, 4.30pm, alongside our Coalition partners, to demand the LNP government repeal the new laws.

We must keep applying pressure to this government until these laws are defeated.
