We are a chapter of the American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA) serving Ohio, Kentucky, and portions of Indiana and Michigan.

The office is staffed the following hours: Monday 9-5 Tuesday 9-5 Wednesday 9-2 Friday 9-4 Please note that if we have stepped out of the office or are on the other line, you will be directed to voice mail. In most cases we are able to return your call the same day. When that is not possible, we will get back to you in no more than 2 business days. We look forward to talking with you!
