Last weekend in Liepāja the steering committee and music commission came together to move the festival plans forward. We focused on shaping the programme, worked through key organisational matters, and visited potential venues and accommodation sites across the city.

Step by step, the vision is coming to life. We canā€™t wait to welcome singers from across Europe and beyond! āœØ

In summer 2027, the international choral music festival EUROPA CANTAT will take place in Liepāja, Latvia! šŸŽ¶

Around 3,000 singers, conductors, and music lovers from across Europe and beyond will come together for concerts, sing-alongs, guest performances, and more than 30 inspiring workshops. šŸŒ

The festival is a proud part of the vibrant Liepaja 2027 programme.
