What does Beeline Community Transport do? Beeline Community Transport have a team of volunteer drivers who use their own cars to provide a door-to-door transport service mainly to hospitals, clinics and other essential health services such as doctors’ surgeries, chiropodists, dentists and opticians
Who can use Beeline Community Transport? The service is for residents of North Warwickshire who do not have access to public or private transport or are unable to use public or private transport due to sickness or disability. Passengers pay 45p per mile from the driver’s home to their destination and return, plus a £2 booking fee. If the appointment is a lengthy one and requires the driver to make two journeys passengers will be required to pay for both journeys. How do I book a journey? As soon as you get your appointment telephone 01827 717074 or call in to the Beeline office between 9am and 1pm Monday to Friday, the Organiser will ask you for some details, she will then endeavour to book you a driver. You will be asked to telephone Beeline several days before your journey to confirm the name of the driver and pick up time
