This weekend’s workshop is creating your own color garden! We’ll paint backgrounds and use black card stock to cut and assemble our own creative gardens whether that’s flowers, butterflies, grass, or trees, you’ll put together your own special magical world!

We are so sad to hear of the passing of Yayoi Kusama, an artist who brought so much color, imagination, and pure joy into the world.

For years, we have created workshops inspired by her work at the Monmouth Museum. We’ve painted pumpkins, made colorful art, and most recently created our own Kusama-inspired mushrooms.

Her art invited everyone to play, imagine, and see the world a little differently. We will always be grateful for the happiness and creativity she inspired here. ❤️
