Our entrepreneurs immersed themselves in powerful stories of Bangladeshi business legends - from Sheikh Akij Uddin's remarkable journey to iFarmer's innovative pivot, and Moar's inspiring growth story. These narratives sparked deep discussions about building sustainable businesses in our context.

The Business Model Canvas workshop brought out amazing insights from our participants. Watching them apply these frameworks to their unique ventures showed us once again why we believe so strongly in Khulna's entrepreneurial potential.

Day 1: 15+ founders from across Chittagong arrived with raw ideas.

48 hours later: They left with blueprints for battle-tested impact enterprises.

The numbers tell the story:
* 16 hours of intensive workshops

* 1 talk on vanity metrics that silenced the room

Key moment? When Ruhul Kader from Future Startup asked about key business metrics, and notebooks snapped shut. That's when theory met reality.

On December 27, 2024, we hosted an impactful workshop in Khulna at CSS AVA as part of 𝐎𝐱𝐟𝐚𝐦’𝐬 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐮𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞 (𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐈𝐏) 2.0. The session empowered entrepreneurs with tools to balance profitability and purpose, driving both growth and community impact.

Beyond the workshop, participants engaged in one-on-one business coaching, diving into operational metrics and learning how to embed impact into the core of their business models—turning challenges into opportunities.
