St. Andrews Resources for Seniors System has agreed to an affiliation with EverTrue, a faith-based nonprofit older adult living organization, where specific communities, programs and services of the St. Andrews’s system will become part of EverTrue.



EverTrue will lead and operate two Life Plan Communities, six Affordable Housing Communities, a specialized 55+ community, St. Andrew’s In-Home Services, and St. Andrew’s philanthropic activities, supporting team members and residents with its EverTrue world-class programs and services. Approximately 425 employees are included in the affiliation.



“St. Andrew’s has a long history of serving older adults in our community and this affiliation with EverTrue, who, like St. Andrew’s is faith-based and mission-focused, will continue that history while also offering the infrastructure and sustainability that is needed in a changing industry,” said Bill Holman, President and CEO of St. Andrew’s Resources of Seniors System.

In Missouri, 9.6% of seniors over age 65 live below the poverty line, leaving many unable to afford the basic services they need to stay healthy and safe at home.

Our Circle of Care program helps seniors remain independent by providing at-home need assessments, care coordination, and support for their medical and daily living needs. With many older adults living on just $288 per week, access to these services is essential.

🦃🍂 Thanksgiving is Quickly Approaching! 🍂🦃

The Thanksgiving season is a special time to reflect on our families and all the things we’re thankful for. It’s also a time to gather around the table and share the recipes that have been lovingly passed down from our parents and grandparents. 💛

Some of our fondest memories (and recipes!) include turkey and dressing, pumpkin pie, sweet potato pie, and so many more delicious traditions.

As we age — and as many of us become caretakers for loved ones — it’s important to understand the changing landscape of our society.

The United States — and the world — are aging.
📊 The number of Americans aged 65 and older is projected to double from 46 million to more than 98 million by 2060.

👶 For the first time in history, older adults will outnumber children under age 5.

🎂 And one in every four 65-year-olds today is expected to live past age 90.

This demographic shift is changing the way we think about aging — moving the focus from simply extending lifespan to improving the quality of life in our later years.

🌟 How You Can Help Seniors

Support local programs that provide nutritious groceries or food-delivery to seniors, so they don’t have to choose between medicine and meals.

Volunteer your time — helping with transportation, grocery pickup, or simply visiting someone who lives alone can make a big difference.

Spread awareness: if you know a senior who may be eligible for benefits (food assistance, housing help, healthcare subsidies) but doesn’t know where to turn — share resources such as Area Agencies like Missouri Association of Area Agencies

Donate to causes that help older adults live with dignity, health, and purpose.
