And just like that, we've reached the final day of our "Speak to Lead" journey. 💙✨

Every great adventure has its ending and although saying goodbye was emotional, our last day was about much more than farewells.

Before heading home, we took time to reflect on everything we had experienced together over the past 8 days. Through evaluation activities and group discussions, we looked back on our learning journey, shared our thoughts, celebrated our achievements and talked about the memories and friendships we will carry with us long after the project ended. 🌍🤝

One of the most meaningful moments of the day was the Youthpass certificate ceremony. Receiving our certificates was not only a recognition of our participation, but also a celebration of the knowledge, skills and competences we developed throughout the project, from leadership and communication to creativity, storytelling, teamwork and active citizenship. 📜✨

Although Speak to Lead has officially come to an end, the experiences, friendships and inspiration we gained will continue to guide us in our future projects and everyday lives.

Thank you to every participant, leader, facilitator and partner organization for making this journey so unforgettable. Until we meet again! ❤️🌍

As our Speak to Lead journey was slowly coming to an end, we certainly weren't slowing down! 🚀✨

With every new day, we continued developing the skills that every young leader needs. This time, our focus was on storytelling and the art of building engaging narratives. After all, every great leader knows that a powerful story can inspire, motivate, and bring people together. 🎤📖

During our workshops, participants explored creative methods of communication using tools such as Story Cubes, which challenged us to think outside the box and create compelling stories on the spot. We also stepped into the world of stand-up comedy, learning how humor, confidence, and authenticity can make public speaking more engaging and memorable. 🎲😂

These activities encouraged participants to unleash their creativity, improve their presentation skills, and discover new ways of expressing ideas with confidence and impact.

Another day full of laughter, imagination, and learning reminded us that leadership is not only about making decisions, it's also about communicating your vision in a way that others want to follow. 🌍💡

This time, we're looking back at one of the most inspiring days of our Speak to Lead youth exchange! 🌲✨

Surrounded by the breathtaking forests of Labanoras Regional Park, we took our learning beyond the workshop room and into nature. The beautiful outdoor setting became the perfect space for a series of team challenges and interactive activities designed to strengthen both our leadership skills and our connections as a group. 🌿🤝

Throughout the day, participants worked together to solve problems, overcome challenges, make decisions, and support one another. Every activity encouraged cooperation, trust, communication, and initiative, qualities that are essential for every young leader. 💡🌍

Learning in nature gave us a fresh perspective and reminded us that some of the best lessons happen outside the classroom. Together, we discovered that leadership is not only about guiding others but also about listening, collaborating, and building strong relationships based on trust and mutual respect. ❤️

We're looking back at another important part of our Speak to Lead youth exchange, the International Evenings! 🌍✨

During the project, each team had the opportunity to present its group, country, culture, traditions, and customs. The only limit was the participants' creativity and imagination! 🇱🇹🇵🇱🇷🇴🇭🇷🇪🇪🇪🇸

Every evening was unique and full of positive energy. Participants shared fascinating insights about their countries, introduced local traditions, and created activities that allowed everyone to experience their culture in an interactive and engaging way.

Of course, no International Evening would be complete without tasting traditional snacks and specialties, learning a few dance moves, and taking part in games and activities inspired by the culture and traditions of the featured country. 🍪💃🎲

These evenings were much more than cultural presentations. They were opportunities to build connections, break stereotypes, discover new perspectives, and celebrate the diversity that brought us together throughout the project.

Through food, music, dance, and laughter, we learned that intercultural learning can be both educational and incredibly fun. ❤️

This time, we're looking back at one of the most memorable days of our Speak to Lead youth exchange, our day in Molėtai! 🌍✨

While we took part in various activities and tasks around the town, the highlight of the day was undoubtedly our visit to the Molėtai Open Youth Center. 🏡🤝

We were warmly welcomed by the local youth workers, who introduced us to the center's mission and daily activities, shared their experiences in youth work, and gave us a guided tour of the entire facility. It was a great opportunity to learn how the center supports young people and creates a space for their development, creativity, and active participation in the local community.

But it wasn't just about listening and learning! Our hosts also invited us to join their activities, allowing us to experience the center's welcoming atmosphere firsthand and connect through shared experiences and fun moments. 🎲✨

Visits like this remind us how important youth spaces are in empowering young people and building stronger communities.

Another inspiring day of Speak to Lead is behind us! 🌍✨

Together with participants from 🇱🇹 Lithuania, 🇵🇱 Poland, 🇷🇴 Romania, 🇭🇷 Croatia, 🇪🇪 Estonia, and 🇪🇸 Spain, we focused on one of the key topics of our project, leadership.

Through interactive workshops, group discussions, and practical activities, participants explored the main leadership styles and reflected on what makes an effective leader. We analyzed the strengths and weaknesses of different leadership approaches, discussing the advantages and challenges that each leadership style can bring to a team and decision-making process. 💡🤝

The sessions encouraged participants to think critically about their own leadership potential, discover their personal strengths, and understand that there is no single "perfect" way to lead. Different situations require different approaches, and effective leadership often means being able to adapt and respond to the needs of the group. 🌱

It was a day full of learning, exchanging perspectives, and discovering how leadership can take many different forms.

Day 2 of Speak to Lead 🌿☀️

After laying the foundations on the first day, it was time to take the next step in our journey. The second day focused on further team-building activities, strengthening connections between participants, and creating an environment where everyone felt comfortable contributing their ideas and perspectives.

At the same time, participants were introduced to the core themes of the project and began preparing for the development of key competences essential for young leaders. Through a variety of non-formal education activities, we explored topics such as leadership, public speaking, creativity, decision-making, and proactive attitudes, with a special focus on active citizenship and youth engagement. 💡🎤🤝

With the amazing sunny weather on our side, we couldn't miss the opportunity to take our learning outdoors. Surrounded by the beautiful nature of Labanoras, many of our activities took place in the fresh air, making the experience even more engaging and memorable. 🌲✨

Learning, teamwork, nature, and plenty of positive energy — that's what Day 2 was all about!

Let’s take a trip back to Day 1 of our Speak to Lead youth exchange! 🌍✨

Every successful project starts with a strong foundation, and that was exactly the goal of our first day in Labanoras, Lithuania 🇱🇹

Through a variety of team-building activities, icebreakers, and interactive games, participants had the opportunity to get to know each other, build trust, and create a positive group atmosphere. Young people from Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Croatia, Estonia, and Spain came together to form one international team ready for the journey ahead. 🤝

The first day was dedicated to strengthening group dynamics, preparing participants for the upcoming work on leadership and communication skills, and helping them connect with peers from different countries and cultural backgrounds.

These first conversations, shared challenges, and moments of laughter laid the groundwork for the learning, cooperation, and friendships that would develop throughout the following days of the project. 💬🌟

8 days, 6 countries, countless ideas, friendships and unforgettable experiences ✨🌍

Together with a group of young people representing our Association, we have just completed the youth exchange project “Speak to Lead” 🇱🇹

The project took place in the beautiful Labanoras region in Lithuania and brought together participants from Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Croatia, Estonia and Spain 🌍

During the exchange, we focused on developing leadership and communication competences through workshops and activities largely led by the participants themselves. It was an inspiring experience full of learning, cooperation, intercultural exchange, and unforgettable moments 🤝

As part of the project, we also visited the town of Molėtai and the youth center Molėtų atvirasis jaunimo centras, where we had the opportunity to learn more about local youth initiatives and community work.

Our Polish team, together with the Lithuanian team, also prepared a short promotional video in which Alexandras, representative of the coordinating organization, talks about the project and presents some of the activities we carried out together throughout the exchange 🎥

In mid-April, a group representing our association took part in the Erasmus+ youth exchange “Stories for a United EU” in Lecce, Italy! 🇮🇹✨

The project brought together young people from Italy, Greece, Poland and Slovakia, creating a space for intercultural dialogue and shared experiences.

During this 7-day project, participants explored storytelling as a powerful tool for dialogue, empathy, and inclusion in today’s diverse Europe. Through creative workshops, intercultural exchange, and collaborative activities, they shared their perspectives, reflected on identity and belonging, and discovered how stories can help break stereotypes and bring people closer together.

The project focused on strengthening communication and active listening skills, while also fostering empathy and deeper emotional understanding. Participants experimented with different forms of storytelling and learned how narratives can inspire positive change and promote inclusion in their communities.

The project was organized by ONDE - Officina Nuova Dimensione Europea, while our association took part as a partner organization.

It was an inspiring journey full of meaningful conversations, creativity, and international connections. 🌍💬
