SPCA of Stanislaus CLOSING PERMANENTLY-
ACCEPTING NO NEW ANIMALS (no exceptions)

We are a Not for profit receiving no govn benefits! Animal viewing hours limited- no walk ins.

Calls answered as able Opening in 1972 we have celebrated 50 years in this community. We started in a time when it was us and Animal Services, over the years many other animal agencies have come to Stanislaus county to help w the pet overpopulation all for SPAY & NEUTER to be the focus and ofcourse finding homes for previously ‘unwanted’ animals. It has been our great honor w many exciting, happy moments along w sad, heartbreaking ones that have made this journey so worth the ride. At this time, we the board have made the decision to close our doors as volunteer numbers and donations have decreased and there are so many other agencies ready to continue the legacy of animal rescue in our county and beyond. If you have donated, adopted, or supported us in any way over the past 50 years you are forever in our thoughts of gratitude. We will have more updates as time continues however for now we will be working internally wrapping up all the logistical pieces. With all our love & thanks
