سيدات على طريق العمل في القطاع الصحي: تدريب مجاني لمدة عام في المستشفى اللبناني – الجعيتاوي الجامعي

في مبادرة تهدف إلى تمكين المرأة اقتصادياً ومهنياً، يفتح المستشفى اللبناني – الجعيتاوي الجامعي أبوابه أمام 30 سيدة وفتاة للتدريب في مجال مساعدة الرعاية الصحية، ضمن برنامج مجاني يمتد على مدى عام كامل.

ينفّذ المشروع جمعية «إنسانيون بلا حدود»، بالشراكة مع جمعية «اليسار»، وبالتعاون مع المستشفى اللبناني – الجعيتاوي الجامعي، وبرعاية مؤسسة Pierre Fabre.

ويشمل المشروع توظيف 20% من المتدربات في المستشفى، فيما تعمل جمعية «إنسانيون بلا حدود» على دعم بقية المشاركات ومساعدتهن في إيجاد فرص عمل.

وأكدت رئيسة جمعية «إنسانيون بلا حدود» مروى خزامي عواد أهمية المبادرة في تمكين المرأة وتعزيز استقلالها الاقتصادي من خلال اكتساب مهارات مهنية تفتح أمامها أبواب سوق العمل.

من جهته، شدّد رئيس جمعية «اليسار» مصطفى الرز على أهمية الشراكة ودعم المرأة اقتصادياً واجتماعياً، فيما أكد نقيب المستشفيات الخاصة ومدير المستشفى اللبناني – الجعيتاوي الجامعي، البروفسور الدكتور بطرس يارد، التزام المستشفى دعم التعليم والتدريب وفتح آفاق مهنية جديدة أمام النساء.

كما شدّدت مديرة المستشفى، الأخت هاديا أبي شبلي، على أهمية الكفاءة والمعرفة في مجال الرعاية الصحية لضمان تقديم خدمات إنسانية ومهنية للمرضى.

تسعى هذه المبادرة إلى تحويل التدريب المهني إلى فرص عمل فعلية، وتعزيز مشاركة المرأة في القطاع الصحي نحو مستقبل أكثر استقلالية وتمكيناً.

A new beginning dedicated to empowering women, developing their skills, and creating opportunities for a better professional future.

A productive meeting with the dedicated team at Hôpital Libanais Geitaoui – CHU, as we fine-tune the implementation of our Nursing Assistant Training Programme.

A joint initiative of Humans Without Borders (HWB), in partnership with Alissar NGO, and implemented in close collaboration with, and under the professional supervision of, the Nursing Department of Hôpital Libanais Geitaoui – CHU.

Together, we are turning commitment into opportunity — equipping young women with essential healthcare skills and opening pathways towards a more empowered future.

From a skill to a business opportunity ✨

Meet one of our inspiring beneficiaries from the Digital Literacy Program at Humans Without Borders.

She already had a talent for creating beautiful Blossom Water, but she needed the right digital tools to present and promote her work.

After participating in our digital literacy workshop, she took a step forward: she created her own social media page and began promoting her work online.

Today, her talent is no longer limited to her immediate community. Through social media, she can showcase her work, reach new people, and create new opportunities for herself.

This is what digital literacy means to us:
not just learning how to use technology, but learning how to turn it into an opportunity.

We are proud to be part of her journey.

Four days of learning, practicing, creating, and growing — ending with their voices, ideas, and achievements at the center. 🤍
