تشارك مبادرة خطوة كاملة في البرنامج التدريبي "بناء وتعزيز قدرات منظمات المجتمع المدني والمبادرات الشبابية"، والذي يُنفذ ضمن مشروع "اليمن لديه مستقبل مشرق: تعزيز التمكين الاقتصادي والاجتماعي للمرأة والشباب" في محافظتي تعز وعدن، الذي تنفذه مؤسسة تنمية القيادة الشابة (YLDF) بالشراكة مع منظمة ZOA، وبتمويل من الاتحاد الأوروبي.
ويهدف البرنامج إلى تعزيز القدرات المؤسسية لمنظمات المجتمع المدني والمبادرات الشبابية المشاركة، من خلال تطوير مهارات إعداد خطط التمويل وكتابة مقترحات المشاريع، بما يسهم في تعزيز استدامتها، وتوسيع فرص وصولها إلى مصادر التمويل، وتمكينها من تنفيذ مبادرات ومشاريع تنموية مستقبلية.
حيث يسهم البرنامج في تعزيز جاهزية المنظمات المشاركة، ورفع كفاءتها في تصميم وإدارة المبادرات ذات الأثر، بما يعزز دورها في التمكين الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، ويدعم استدامة حضورها وإسهاماتها في خدمة المجتمع.
Full Stride Initiative Participates in the "Building and Strengthening the Capacities of Civil Society Organizations and Youth Initiatives" Training Program
Full Stride Initiative is participating in the training program titled "Building and Strengthening the Capacities of Civil Society Organizations and Youth Initiatives." This program is being implemented under the broader project "Yemen Has a Bright Future: Enhancing the Economic and Social Empowerment of Women and Youth," which targets the governorates of Taiz and Aden. The project is carried out by the Young Leadership Development Foundation (YLDF) in partnership with ZOA and is funded by the European Union.
The program aims to reinforce the institutional capacities of the participating civil society organizations (CSOs) and youth initiatives by developing their proficiency in preparing funding plans and drafting project proposals. This, in turn, contributes to enhancing their sustainability, broadening their access to diverse funding streams, and enabling them to implement future developmental initiatives and projects.
Furthermore, the program plays a pivotal role in strengthening the operational readiness of the participating entities and elevating their efficiency in designing and managing high-impact initiatives. This ultimately reinforces their active role in advancing economic and social empowerment, while also supporting the sustainability of their presence and meaningful contributions to community service.
