THE PRIESTS COTTAGE — NHUK INVESTIGATION

Saturday 19th September 2026

Last night, the NHUK team had the opportunity to investigate The Priests Cottage, and it certainly proved to be an intriguing and atmospheric location.

We captured a few images throughout the investigation that give an impression of the environment and the unsettling atmosphere within the property. The collection of dolls on display, in particular, certainly added to the eerie surroundings.

During the investigation, we experienced a number of unexplained occurrences which appeared to be associated with the presence of children. One name that appeared to come through repeatedly was ‘George’, believed to be a young boy.

As always, we approach every investigation with an open mind, documenting what we experience and reviewing the evidence afterwards before drawing any conclusions.

A huge thank you to the owners The Priests Cottage - BTCD for allowing NHUK access to investigate throughout the night, and to everyone who joined us for our LIVE investigation on TikTok.

We are now reviewing the evidence collected, including our photographs, recordings and other investigation data.

Could we have captured evidence of an unexplained presence at The Priests Cottage?

We’ll let you know what we find.

During the investigation at St. Andrew’s Church, Tan performs the dowsing technique at the mausoleum and near a grave. When communicating with the spirits, she uses a simple response system: a “cross” means “no,” while an “open” means “yes.”

Eventhough we could not enter inside St. Andrews Church, it was a fantastic investigation outside the grounds. As you can see in this video, we had a great equipment set up with a fantastic team 💙👻
