When the sanctuary was growing all those years ago me and my best friend took on a couple of ultra challenges - anything to raise money for the gang 🏃🏻‍♂️

Safe to say though that none got my heart rate quite as high as this 🤯🦁

We have had an unbelievable response to our Summer Fundraiser and we are grateful to all those that have so far donated 🙏

We are however, only 10% towards our target. I thought I’d give you a quick peek into why it is so important we raise these funds and provide the girls with their own custom devices

Navigating the months since Truffles passed away has been one of the hardest things I’ve ever experienced - and I’d confidently say I have been through it all 😂

Rescuing Peaches though, was the first time in years a piglet had called Millingtons home and I was instantly transported back to those early days of the sanctuary. Playing games with Baby T, napping in his stable and making every minute of his life as joyous as I possibly could. I didn’t realise at the time but he was doing the same to me

We live a fast paced lifestyle at the sanctuary but I have really tried to slow down and savour every moment. As the old saying goes - they grow up so fast! Truffles will live on as long as Millingtons does - he’s the first animal I speak about on tours and his memory will inspire many more rescues

But what I would give for one last banana… 💔
